Affiliate Disclosure

ToolStackVault is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn a commission — but our editorial decisions are never for sale.

Last updated: March 2026 Questions? info@toolstackvault.com
The short version: Some links on ToolStackVault are affiliate links. If you click and buy, we may receive a commission from the vendor at no extra cost to you. These commissions help fund our research and testing. They have zero influence on our scores, rankings, or recommendations. We have declined affiliate programs for tools we didn’t believe in, and we have given poor scores to tools that do pay commissions.

How ToolStackVault Makes Money

Running honest, in-depth software reviews costs real money — test subscriptions, hosting, staff time. We cover those costs primarily through two sources:

  • Affiliate commissions — when you click a link to a tool and later purchase a subscription, the vendor may pay us a referral fee. The price you pay is unchanged.
  • Display advertising — contextual ads that appear on some pages. We do not allow advertisers to influence editorial content.

We do not accept sponsored reviews, paid placements, or payments in exchange for positive coverage.

Current Affiliate Partnerships

Below is a current list of tools for which ToolStackVault has an active affiliate relationship. We review far more tools than we have affiliate deals with, and all are evaluated identically.

ActiveCampaignEmail Marketing & CRMAffiliate program

This table is updated when we add or remove partnerships. Tools not listed here have no affiliate relationship with ToolStackVault and are reviewed the same way.

How We Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on ToolStackVault typically appear as:

  • Buttons labeled “Visit [Tool]” or “Try [Tool] Free”
  • Inline text links to a tool’s pricing or sign-up page
  • Links inside comparison tables

All affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" attributes and open in a new tab. We do not use deceptive URL cloaking to hide the affiliate destination.

Pages that contain affiliate links also include a short disclosure note near the top of the content.

What Our Affiliate Relationships Do Not Affect

The existence of an affiliate relationship with a vendor does not affect:

  • How we score tools across our five scoring dimensions
  • Which tools rank first in category roundups or best-of lists
  • Whether we write a review at all
  • Negative findings or criticism within any review
  • Our decision to update or revise a score after re-testing

Vendors cannot pay to influence review content, preview drafts before publication, or request changes to scores or conclusions. For the complete detail on how we evaluate tools, see our Editorial Policy.
